ubazz Terms and Conditions

1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the company operating the ubazz platform and any person or entity who uses ubazz's website, mobile app, or any associated services ("Platform"). These Terms will be governed in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.2 Definitions

• "ubazz" or "we" refers to the company operating the ubazz platform.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

4.3 VIP Program

• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7% plus additional benefits.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% plus maximum benefits.

VIP tier assignment is at ubazz's discretion and may change at any time.

5.1 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the ubazz platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is a technical error.
• The amount of each bet is limited to the current balance of the account.
• Bets must be placed before an event or match begins unless a live betting option is available.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments, or other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, ubazz's decision will be considered final.
• If any evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, the associated bet will be cancelled.

5.3 Casino and Slots Games

Slots, live casino, and other games are available on the ubazz casino platform (ubazz Casino). Games are operated in accordance with the rules of the relevant provider. SSL encryption and reliable random number generators (RNG) are used to ensure fair play.

5.4 Technical Errors

Bets placed as a result of any technical error, server disruption, or software issue may be considered void. ubazz is not obligated to pay out winnings resulting from such errors. Please report any errors to the support team immediately.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ubazz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

• Using ubazz for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, ubazz may take the following actions:

• Immediately suspending or permanently closing the account.
• Forfeiting all balances and bonuses in the account.
